What we've been Making: Preparing for Broke Arts Fair

Michael had been busy making these sheets of paper. Beautiful textured handmade paper out of a mix of different recycled papers and dried seeds and flowers. They are works of art in their own right.


Loading and unloading kilns. I cannot wait to get the big kiln up and running...the small one is way easy to operate but takes a very long time and I can't get that much in it at one time.


My first Routed Arts pieces at White Owl Farm. Loving the glaze and how it seems to look like a reduction fire glaze.

Summer!!!

We are busy. Will update very soon with pictures of what we have been spending all of our time doing :)

Sorry we have been neglecting the blog! Mike has been skiing and knitting up a storm (I will post one of his hats on etsy soon!) and I've been back full time to teaching. We also ran into a problem with the heat in our house, so it's been quite unbearable to do any creating. My clay has been neglected!
